I am new to beading, where do I start?
We recommend our 'Basic Bead stringing' and 'Wire Work' Classes. From there, speak with an associate, tell them what you are interested in making and they can recommend books, and classes key to your interests.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Bring a copy of your Federal Tax ID # certificate into the store. An associate assist you in completing the wholesale customer card which asks for information such as your phone number, mailing and email address. Please keep in mind that this information is for our records only, we do not sell or lease it.
Can I bring my kids?
Sure! We welcome customers of all shapes and sizes. Please keep in mind that our store contains many small items that can pose a choking hazard for young children, just make sure to watch them carefully.
Do you ship?
We do not. If you need your beads shipped to you check out our webpage www.beadworks.com.
Do you have a catalog?
Absolutely. You can order one here.
Do you have parking?
There is ample street parking - just be certain to to bring coins as the spots are metered. There is also a convenient pay parking lot immediately next to the store.
Are you handicap accessable?
There are several steps in front of the store that prevent wheelchair access, if you have access to a portable ramp we recommend that you bring it with you. If you have any sort of ailment or disability that you think may impair your ability to visit us please just give us a call. We will do anything and everything we can to help, you are an important customer to us and we want you to enjoy your time at our store.

I want to book a party for my child, can I bring food?
Sure! Bottled water and dry snacks (such as granola bars or trail mix) are allowed for private parties.

Can I pick up my website order at your store?
